No client relationship until we both sign

Visiting the website, sending the inquiry form, emailing us or having an introductory call does not make you our client. A client relationship begins only when you and Stratagem Tax Analytics LLC have signed an engagement letter, and that letter governs our services. Until then, please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information, and do not rely on us to meet a deadline for you.

Deadlines and dates

Dates shown on the website, including those on the tax-year dial, are the usual federal deadlines. When a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday it moves to the next business day, and the IRS or a state may change or extend deadlines. Always confirm the deadline that applies to you.

Using the website

You may use the website for your own information and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, for example by sending spam or false information through the form, trying to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, interfering with how it works, or copying its content for commercial use.
